SUNDAY: Prayer time before the service for the Church service in the upper room. All welcome.

PRAYER BEFORE BREAKFAST: Last Saturday of the month between 7.30am and 8.30am in the creche. A relaxed get-together for prayer. And the kettle will be on! All welcome!

VISITS TO HOMES:

  • Whitehill on Wednesday 2 December @ 6.30pm
  • Highbank on Wednesday 9 December @ 2 pm
  • Archview on Wednesday 25 November @ 2 pm

PRAYER 24 from 6pm Friday 27th November until 6pm Saturday 28th November in the upper room. Please sign up for an hour or two to pray for our church and community and be part of the “engine room” of our church and see how God works and answers prayer. SERVICE OF THANKSGIVING & REMEMBRANCE FOR THE BEREAVED

Will be held to remember and honour loved ones. This will take place in St John’s & King’s Park Church on Sunday 6 December @ 2 pm. For more information contact Andrew Don 01968 675766

STOREHOUSE: Don’t forget to buy a couple of extra items along with your weekly shopping. Cereal, tuna, tomato ketchup are all welcome. Alternatively, a small donation will enable Storehouse to buy fresh food.

GUILD:

On Thursday 26th November at 7:45 pm, Mr. Russell Clink will give a presentation on Nairn’s Oatcakes, which promises to be very informative and interesting. (Free samples available!).

Please put a note in your diary and come along and join us.

ANNUAL GIFT SERVICE will be on Sunday 6 December at 11 am when we invite you to bring presents for Storehouse and children of the inmates at Edinburgh Prison. Please mark gifts as to whether they are suitable for either a boy, girl or both and also mark an approximate age.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We urgently need help in the following areas. If you are interested or want to know more please speak to Ann in the first instance.

  • Bins
  • We also need some volunteers for the Outreach team

CLAN: The dates for CLAN Gathering 2016 are Saturday 9th July – Thursday 14th July 2016 at Kelburn Country Park, Largs. If anyone is interested and books in November there will be 15% discount. Please speak to Ann for discount code.
